1. Use of the Service

You may use Caseer Academy only for lawful educational purposes. You agree not to: share your account or login credentials; misuse, copy, or redistribute course content without permission; use the service for spam, fraud, or any illegal activity; or attempt to bypass security or access controls.

2. Account and Registration

You register using your phone number. We may send you a one-time verification code (OTP) via WhatsApp to verify your identity. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Payments and Enrollments

Course fees and payment methods are shown at the time of enrollment. Payments may be processed through third-party providers (e.g. WaafiPay). Refund and enrollment policies are as stated on the platform at the time of purchase.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Course content, videos, quizzes, and other materials on Caseer Academy are owned by us or our licensors. You may access and use them only for personal learning while enrolled. You may not download, copy, or distribute content for commercial or unauthorized use.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ends, subject to any refund or data deletion rights under applicable law.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
